The immensely popular Netflix original series Making a Murderer will return for a second season, the video-streaming service announced Tuesday. The new episodes will focus on protagonist Steve Avery’s life after his conviction for murder, as well as the new lawyers for his nephew Brendan Dassey, his alleged accomplice. Netflix did not indicate when the new episodes would begin, or how many will be included in the season.
