Mall Santa Reassigned After Putting Clinton on ‘Naughty List’

Was reassigned and ordered to undergo “additional training” after parents overheard.

A mall Santa in Florida got into trouble with his employer after telling children Hillary Clinton was on his naughty list. A mother visiting the Seminole Towne Center in Sanford said she overheard Santa telling kids that while they were on his good list, Clinton was on the naughty list, the Orlando Sentinel reported. The woman posted about the incident on Facebook, and soon enough it went viral and got the attention of the man’s employer, the Noerr Programs. A statement by the Noerr Programs said, “The Santa mentioned in recent reports in Florida is still employed by us, in a different location. Our mission is to create magic, inspire smiles, and capture memories, for the young and young at heart.” The Santa at the heart of the scandal “was given additional training to ensure that he remains in the character of Santa during all future appearances.”
