An 86-year-old Detroit man has been missing for more than a week, vanishing days after he won $20,000 in a lottery game. Arthur Neal Jr. hasn’t been seen since Dec. 20, and his family says he has not responded to their phone calls. Police say family members say he has never gone this long without being in contact with them. His 1988 black Cadillac DeVille is missing as well. While police say they do not suspect foul play, loved ones say his home appears to have been ransacked and his puppy is missing.
