A man in Gary, Indiana is accused of shooting to death a 13-year-old neighbor, simply because the boy laughed at him. The suspect had just been released from jail on Friday when he returned to find that his home had been burglarized. He began to knock on neighbors’ doors to try and find out who had robbed him. The boy, Kobe Jones, was shot nine times on his front porch. The suspect and his girlfriend were then seen leaving the area, but now remain in police custody with charges pending against them.
