Chad Cameron Camp is being accused of groping an unaccompanied 13-year-old girl on a flight from Dallas to Portland, according to the FBI. He allegedly sat in a middle seat despite other open seats being available and proceeded to ask the girl questions about where she lived. Camp reportedly put his hand on her knee and moved it up to her upper thigh. Camp was arrested on one federal count of abusive sexual contact.
