French police charged a 23-year-old man for allegedly stealing army rocket launchers and armor-piercing shells from a freight train. The perpetrator was quickly identified as a habitual freight train thief. Police are investigating whether the man just happened on the weapons or if he was specifically trying to get his hands on the artillery. The government is reportedly looking into how to reinforce the security of munitions by freight rail.
