A 26-year-old man was arrested Thursday for the death of an 8-year-old Arizona girl, whose body was found the day before in a shallow grave near her home. Justin James Rector is being held without bond on murder and kidnapping charges. Authorities would not confirm whether the family knows Rector or how the girl, Isabella Grogan-Cannella, died. Rector has over a dozen cases on his criminal record, including disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage, aggravated assault, assault and criminal trespassing.
