A man was arrested Sunday outside U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s Boston house, and police found a pellet gun on the man. Kerry was out visiting his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, who is currently hospitalized at the nearby Spaulding Rehabilitation Center. The man was spotted while he was trying to take pictures of the house, and police said he was arrested after they discovered an open alcohol container on him.
