Police in Seattle are investigating Justin Miles Jasper, a 21-year-old Nevada man who was arrested near the University of Washington Wednesday night driving a stolen pickup with a small arsenal of weapons including a scoped rifle, a shotgun, explosive devices, and body armor. Investigators are looking into the possible intentions of the suspect, who has yet to be formally charged and is not cooperating with authorities. Police say there is no longer a threat to the university.
