A 50-year-old man was taken into custody on Wednesday in Nashua, New Hampshire after a long car chase with police. After the chase was over, the man opened the car door and got on his knees, appearing to surrender. Officers then swarmed him and began throwing punches while he was on the ground. Massachusetts State Police, the force involved because the chase began in Massachusetts, alleged there could be an internal investigation in this case.
