Dead men may tell no tales, but their cameras sure do. Filipino police arrested two men on charges of killing a local councilman on New Year’s Eve—after examining the last photo the man took, which had the two suspected murderers in it. Reynaldo Dagsa was taking a photo of his wife, daughter and mother-in-law when he was gunned down in front of his house in Manila. The picture he took clearly shows a man in the left of the frame aiming a gun from behind the smiling members of his family, and another man who police say acted as an accomplice. Dagsa’s family gave police the photo, which then ran on the front page of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Police said the main suspect was a car thief out on bail who Dagsa had ordered arrested last year.
