This guy takes the cake for the dumbest attempt at theft ever. Police have arrested Michael Fuller, 53, for trying to buy $476 worth of merchandise at a North Carolina Walmart with a $1 million bill. Fuller approached the cash register with a vacuum cleaner, a microwave oven, and other items and insisted that the Monopoly money was real. Too bad no one tipped him off that the largest bill in circulation is $100. Fuller is in jail with bond set at $17,500 and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
