A man in Tomah, Wisconsin has been charged with threatening to kill President Barack Obama during his visit to La Crosse. On Wednesday Brian D. Dutcher, 55, told a security guard at the La Crosse Public Library that “The usurper is here and if I get a chance I’ll take him out and I’ll take the shot.” Dutcher also posted to his Facebook that “Killing him is our CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY.” He is currently being kept in a mental health facility.
