Was the judge too harsh or did he have no other choice? 54-year-old Bobby Stovall was sentenced to life in prison by a Texas judge after receiving his 9th DWI. In his latest accident, he drove through several lanes of traffic and hit another vehicle, injuring its driver. Stovall’s rap sheet also includes burglary, credit-card abuse, and supplying alcohol to a minor. Some lawyers argue that Stovall’s sentence is too harsh and he’d be better served in rehabilitation.
