Wayne Allen Huntsman, 37, has been charged with deliberately starting a Northern California wildfire that has burned 114 square miles, forced 2,800 people to flee their homes, and is still only 10 percent contained. Huntsman has a criminal history, including auto theft and assault with a deadly weapon. His sister, however, claims there is no way he started the fire intentionally, as he loves being in the forest. Authorities have not made public what they think his motive was.
