In what authorities have thus far deemed a “random act of violence,” a man shot and killed three people Tuesday morning in downtown Fresno, California, before surrendering to police. The 39-year-old alleged assailant, identified as Kori Ali Muhammad, was also wanted in connection with the shooting death of a motel security guard last week, the Los Angeles Times reported. Police Chief Jerry Dyer said that the suspect had previously expressed anti-government and anti-white sentiments.
