It’s a bird, it’s a plane ... it’s a sequel to Man of Steel. Before the new Superman flick even arrives in theaters, Warner Bros. has already ordered up a sequel to the hotly anticipated film. Director Zack Snyder and screenwriter David S. Goyer are returning, as will (probably) Superman himself, Henry Cavill. It’s unclear whether Christopher Nolan will have a hand in production. Ordering a sequel before audiences see the first movie isn’t unheard of—as with The Hangover. It’s important to note, however, that the first Hangover was a pleasant surprise—the other two, not so much.
