A knife-wielding attacker dressed as the Joker rampaged through a Tokyo train, stabbing passengers and then setting a fire. At least 10 people were injured in the bizarre incident on a train crowded with Halloween revelers, Reuters reported. At least one man was in critical condition. “I thought it was a Halloween stunt,” one witness said. “Then, I saw a man walking this way, slowly waving a long knife.” Police arrested a 24-year-old man.
