Designer Marc Jacobs can add another accessory to his fall collection—a gold engagement ring. His boyfriend Lorenzo Martone proposed last week and the two were spotted in Sao Paolo celebrating his latest store opening. The couple recently bought a house in the West Village complete with ample garden space for Daisy and Albert, their two bull terriers, and said they are also considering adopting a baby girl. Jacobs, for one, doesn’t seem to mind his high-profile romance, saying, “I love to draw the attention.” Paparazzi, start staking out the reception now.
