At the ripe old age of 30, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has become the world’s 16^th richest person, surpassing Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin (ranked 17^th and 18^th, respectively) and Amazon chairman Jeff Bezos (ranked 20^th), according to Bloomberg’s Billionaire Index. Facebook stock closed at a record high on Thursday and reported second-quarter sales of around $2.91 billion, exceeding analysts’ estimates and boosting Zuck’s net worth by an extra $1.6 billion.
