Dr. Dre to Buy Gisele and Tom's $50 Million Mansion: Rapper Dr. Dre, whose company, Beat Electronics, has reportedly been acquired by Apple for $3.2 billion, is celebrating with a new home. According to Page Six, Dre has made a nearly $50 million offer on the 14,000 square foot Brentwood, California mansion built by Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady. “Dre put an offer on the mansion as soon as it came on the market, and is a few weeks away from closing,” a source told Page Six. Topshop Owner Sir Philip Green Invests in New Retail Site: British businessman Sir Philip Green has confirmed his investment in flash sale website, Mysale. The Topshop mogul has purchased a 25-percent stake in the company, which sells clothing, accessories, home goods, and beauty products at up to 80 percent off. “I like the business model, and the reverse season,” Green said of his investment. “Ninety percent is sold before they even buy it.
