Billionaire power couple Frank and Jamie McCourt have called it quits, but their legal drama is far from over—at stake in their trial, which begins Tuesday, is the ownership of the Dodgers and hundreds of millions of dollars. Former president of the company, Jamie, has agreed to cede control of the team to Frank, but the two have yet to come to a settlement. Frank will take the stand Tuesday, following the couple’s estate planner, Leah Bishop, who testified regarding conditions of the McCourts’ post-marital agreement that named Frank sole owner of the Dodgers. Jamie is hoping to void the post-marital agreement and have the Dodgers declared community property.
