An emergency medical aircraft crashed in Stagecoach, Nevada on Friday night leaving five dead and no survivors, according to officials. The Care Flight plane—a service operated by the Regional Emergency Medical Services Authority Health in Reno—was carrying a patient along with a pilot and medical staff when it hit the ground around 9:45 p.m. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
