Meg Whitman: Gloria Allred’s Proof That She’s Lying
At a fiery press conference this week, celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred presented a letter from the Social Security Administration, which she claims proves that California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman knew that her housekeeper was an illegal alien. View the document here.
While Whitman says she never received the 2003 letter—explaining that her housekeeper, Nicky Diaz Santillan, intercepted it—Allred says she has proof that the former eBay CEO is lying. She points to a handwritten note on the document that reads "Nicky, please check this," allegedly written by Whitman’s husband.
Whitman has offered to take a polygraph test to prove her innocence.
