Mega Millions second-largest jackpot—$1.35 billion—was won by someone in Maine. A single ticket matched the winning numbers 30, 43, 45, 46, 61, 14 in Friday night’s drawing, the lottery game announced. The winner has the choice of taking the full jackpot in annual payments or cashing out immediately for $724 million. The winner has not been identified, and officials have not said exactly where the ticket was purchased.
