Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva Drops Domestic Violence Claim

Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend and mother of one of his daughters, Oksana Grigorieva, has dropped her domestic violence claim against him, TMZ exclusively reports. Her lawyer announced on Wednesday that they would no longer pursue the claim that Gibson’s violence against Grigorieva should be used as grounds for changing their custody agreement. Grigorieva had previously received a protective order, prohibiting Gibson from contacting her. That order has also reportedly been dropped, as Grigorieva wants to be able to communicate directly with Gibson, instead of through intermediaries. Sources told TMZ that dropping the domestic violence claim is Grigorieva’s attempt to settle the custody case.
