In an interview with Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt, set to air on Fox & Friends Tuesday morning, Melania Trump defends her husband's decision to attack Bill Clinton's past behavior in response to the uproar over the leaked tape in which he brags about sexually assaulting women. “They’re asking for it. They started from the — from the beginning of the campaign putting my — my picture from modeling days,” Melania Trump told Earhardt. “That was my modeling days and I’m proud what I did. I worked very hard.” While Melania Trump said she found her husband's comments on the tape, “offensive" and "inappropriate" she added, "I accept his apology. And we are moving on.”
Earlier this summer, the New York Post featured nude images of Melania Trump on its cover. In the interivew with Fox, she appears to be implying that the images were distributed or promoted by the Clinton campaign, though there has been no evidence of that to date.
