The man who allegedly shot a policeman in Memphis turned himself in to U.S. Marshals on Monday. Tremaine Wilbourn came family members and his lawyer and told law enforcement that he wasn't a cold-blooded killer, according to Memphis Police Director Toney Armstrong. He will appear in court on Tuesday. Wilbourn allegedly killed Officer Sean Bolton during a traffic stop on Saturday night.
