A driver who hit and killed a 3-year-old child is dead, as is a 15-year-old boy, after a car accident escalated into violence in Milwaukee. Details on what happened are still murky, but police say driver Archie Brown Jr. hit a toddler who ran into the street. Brown stopped to help and was shot dead, as was the teenager, whose relation to the events is still unclear. Police are looking for a suspect.
