A Missouri couple has been charged with neglect after their 2-year-old child died from heat stroke after being left alone for 38 hours in his crib next to a space heater. Kathleen Peacock and Lucas Barnes of St. Charles, Mo., were arrested after the child, Braydon, was discovered dead from hyperthermia and suffering from malnourishment. The parents admitted to police that they had recently used methamphetamines, and had manufactured it from the house within the last week.
