A judge reportedly ruled Monday that cartel boss Joaquin Guzmán, better known as “El Chapo,” can be extradited to the United States on trafficking charges related to his drug empire. Guzmán was arrested in January following his headline-grabbed escape from a maximum-security prison. His capture was preceded by a shootout in the city of Los Mochis.
