Notorious drug lord Joaquin Guzman, also known as “El Chapo,” has been extradited to the U.S., AFP and ABC News reported on Thursday. ABC quoted Mexico’s attorney general as saying that Guzman was in the air as of Thursday afternoon. Guzman escaped from a Mexican prison in July 2015, but was re-captured last January.
