HUNTRESS DIANA

Mexico Vigilante Kills Bus Drivers

In response to sexual assaults.

A woman whom witnesses describe as blonde and dressed all in black, allegedly shot and killed two bus drivers in a Mexican border town. A letter sent to news outlets from “Diana, Huntress of Bus Drivers,” claimed responsibility for the deaths, reportedly as revenge for sexual assaults, shockingly common in Ciudad Juarez, a city where hundreds of women have disappeared or been found raped and murdered—sometimes after boarding city buses. “You think because we are women we are weak, and maybe we are,” the message said. “But only to a certain point...We can no longer remain quiet over these acts that fill us with rage.” Officials are investigating the veracity of the claims, but say they have undercover officers riding buses to catch her.
