Thaddeus Wilk Farrow, son of Mia Farrow, died on Wednesday at the age of 27 from a “suicide gunshot wound” to the torso, a medical examiner confirmed Thursday. Thaddeus, who had polio, was a paraplegic; he was adopted by Farrow 22 years ago from Calcutta, India.
