His second posthumous album, Xscape, premiered at No. 1 this year, and his hologram form performed at the Billboard Music Awards. That $140 million made Jackson the highest earning dead celebrity, according to Forbes. The Prince of Pop even beat out the King, Elvis Presley, who came in second with $55 million through Graceland and his extensive music library.
