Michael Jordan Weds Yvette Prieto

2,000 guests invited.

With this many guests, what celebrities were left to attend the White House Correspondents’ Dinner? Michael Jordan married longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto in Palm Beach on Saturday—with a lavish party that had 2,000 invited guests. Around 500 guests—many who arrived via tour bus—attended the ceremony at an Episcopal church called Bethesda-by-the-Sea—the same church where Donald Trump married his wife, Melenia, in 2005. The newlyweds didn’t stray too far from home for the reception: it was held at the Bears Club, a golf course community in Jupiter, Florida, where Jordan recently bought a 38,000-square foot condo. It wasn’t a small intimate gathering at home, though, another 1,500 people were invited to the reception.
