Just in time for the Iowa caucuses, Michele Bachmann is back on TV. The candidate, lagging in the latest voter surveys, is running her first ad in the state since August, when she triumphed at the Ames straw poll. But her TV exposure won't be very big—the ad is slated to run just 14 times on the local NBC station, at a cost of $7,600. “Born and raised in Iowa, only one candidate has been a consistent conservative fighter," the ad trumpets, as the words "Titanium Spine" appear on the bottom of the screen.
