On Tuesday while giving a speech at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations Michelle Obama donned the same floral print Tracy Feith dress she was seen in last January. Later that evening the First Lady wore a long black gown and strands of necklaces (no pearls!) while making a speech at the gala honoring Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of the World.
