On Tuesday, Cannabis Sativa, a company that specializes in marijuana-infused products, announced that former Alaska senator and presidential hopeful Mike Gravel (D) would come on board as CEO. Gravel will “direct the company to get products in states that will legally allow it.” This includes 23 states for medical purposes and three—Colorado, Washington and Oregon—who also allow it recreationally. Gravel has been a longtime supporter of the legalization of marijuana.
