Mike Pence’s brother won the Republican nomination on Tuesday night for the vice president’s old congressional seat in Indiana, according to a CNN projection. It was Greg Pence’s first run for office. The seat was vacated by Rep. Luke Messer (R-IN), who ran for Senate this year. Greg Pence is the oldest of six siblings and, according to CNN, he is a close confidant and longtime adviser to the vice president.
