The Daily reports that in a video from Miley Cyrus’s private 19th birthday party, the singer reportedly receives a cake with a marijuana image on it and says, “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.” Kelly Osbourne, who gave Cyrus the cake, then jokes that she thought “salvia” was the Hannah Montana star’s problem. The Daily’s “spy” said that those in attendance at the party knew that Cyrus was a “pothead.”
