Tea Party-backed Republican Senate candidate Joe Miller says ballots that misspell Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s name should not count. Miller, who won a primary fight against Murkowski, has filed a federal lawsuit to block the state from counting misspellings of Murkowski among the 92,000 write-in ballots, which are being examined Wednesday. Both campaigns are currently raising money to have lawyers count the votes and prepare to go to court.
