Two Minnesota men were charged by federal law enforcement Tuesday with conspiring to aid ISIS. Abdi Nur, 18, and Abdullahi Yusuf, 20, have been under investigation since earlier this year. In May, Yusef was pulled from his Turkey-bound flight by FBI agents. Yet, Nur had no problem making his flight the following day. The investigation, which exposed the two men, was centered on a Minnesota-Middle East pipeline for the recruitment of young men and women to fight with ISIS in the Middle East.
