Missing Arkansas Realtor Found Dead

An Arkansas real-estate agent who disappeared after showing a property last week was found dead early Tuesday morning. The body of Beverly Carter was found a day after Arron Lewis was arrested in Little Rock on the charge of kidnapping. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department said his charge will now be amended to capital murder. Police deputies said Lewis admitted to kidnapping Carter and his information led them to a property in Cabot, Arkansas. A body identified as Carter’s was found in a shallow grave at the site. Carter had been missing since Thursday when she didn’t return to her family after showing a house in Scott, Arkansas, to an unknown person. “Her car was there, and the house was wide open, and I knew that something was wrong,” said her husband, Carl.
