A three-week-old baby who went missing after her parents and uncle were shot was found dead in a San Diego dumpster, police said Sunday. Eliza Delacruz was taken from her Long Beach home, where her mother, father, and uncle were shot on Saturday. The baby’s body was found face down inside a garbage bag by a homeless man digging through a dumpster behind a restaurant, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Authorities suspect an adult male may have taken the baby, but the relationship between the victims and the shooter is unclear. Authorities said they do not believe the shooting was a random act of violence. “It appears to be very personal,” Long Beach Police Lt. Lloyd Cox said.
