Oh ok, Mitt. Now that it’s been nearly a day and a half since Romney made headlines for saying that he was “not concerned about the very poor”—and after his campaign said that the quote was taken out of context—Mitt’s had a change of heart. In an interview set to air Thursday night, the presidential hopeful now says that it was a “misstatement” and that he “misspoke.” Apparently, he’s said the same sort of thing like that for a while now. The reason for Romney’s slip up? Thousands of interviews. If he makes it to November, he can expect thousands more.
