While addressing members of the Detroit Economic Club Friday, Mitt Romney shot down fellow candidate Rick Santorum, saying that he himself was the only Republican with any hope of defeating President Obama. Romney and Santorum have been going mano a mano in Michigan, but there are some signs that the field may be tilting toward Romney. Michigan and Arizona will both send voters to the polls next Tuesday. That same day, Obama is scheduled to address more than 1,500 representatives of the United Auto Workers, members of which protested Mitt’s Friday speech.
