IN OR OUT?

Mitt Slams Obama’s ‘Outside’ Line

President's camp says remarks taken out of context.

Heidi Klum once said, “In fashion, you’re either in, or you’re out.” Mitt Romney seems to believe the same notion applies in politics. The Republican nominee blasted Obama for his comment that Washington can only be changed “from the outside.” The president claimed “he can’t change Washington from the inside,” Romney said Thursday in Florida. “He can only change it from the outside.” Then came the zinger: “Well, we’re going to give him that chance in November—he’s going outside.” Obama’s aides claimed that Romney is using the president’s comments out of context, as he was actually encouraging voters to put pressure on the government to change.
