Janice Dickinson, the model who last year accused Bill Cosby of raping her in 1982, filed a defamation lawsuit against the comedian Wednesday. The 60-year-old is seeking unspecified damages for false light and infliction of emotional distress, said Lisa Bloom, Dickinson’s lawyer. Dickinson claims she has been re-victimized and Cosby’s legal team defamed her by denying the sexual-assault accusation. Cosby, who has not been charged with a crime, has denied all accusations against him from more than 40 women who say he assaulted them in various incidents since the 1960s.
