Upstate New York is the hot spot for weddings this year. After three years of dating, model Maggie Rizer and businessman Alex Mehran made it official over the weekend, marrying in Lake Placid, New York. Rizer wore a strapless Oscar de la Renta gown and a cathedral veil.
